The stakes were high for a Nevada casino with 56 claims and $3.1M in payouts over nine years. The incumbent carrier was was not going to renew the existing policy, but was willing to offer one option to continue coverage—at nearly double the premium and with a $250,000 SIR. The broker decided to make the safe bet and turn to Kinsale’s Entertainment team for better terms. Our underwriter quickly built a combined General Liability and Liquor Liability program with a reasonable deductible, without excluding the exposures driving the account’s losses.

The carrier for a New York dude ranch was willing to cover a wide range of activities in one program: horseback riding, watersports, snow sports, and more.
