Kinsale Small Property will consider risks up to $2,500,000 in TIV. Deductibles start at $500. The facility will provide coverage for a wide variety of occupancies to include; Cannabis, Daycare Facilities, Offices, Vacant Buildings, and many more classes. We can consider All Risk and Single Peril coverages on a ground-up basis.

Capacity:

Deductible:

  • Deductibles starting at $500. (Note: No Deductible Buy-Backs)

Minimum Premiums:

  • $1,000 – All Classes EXCEPT Cannabis;
  • $2,500 – Cannabis Related Industries.

Wind:

  • No CAT Wind Within 25 Miles of Coastal Water.

  • Broker Specifications (Word Format);
    • Eff. Date;
    • Description of Occupancy(s), Protection;
    • Requested Coverage & Perils Including a Statement of Values (Excel Format) or Acord 140;
    • Five Year Loss Summary.
