Kinsale’s Products Liability Division combines Products General Liability (GL) and Business Personal Property (BPP) coverage to create a timesaving, one-stop solution. Our package quotes include customizable Products GL and BPP with up to $500k in Total Insured Value (TIV). Target classes for package quotes include importers, distributors, and manufacturers of consumer, commercial, and industrial products.

• Deductible will be $2,500 unless tailored to an individual risk

Minimum Premiums:

• $2,500
• $1,500 for select exposures

Submission Requirements:

• Acceptable Commercial & General Liability applications with a complete description of operations (signed & dated by the insured when bound)
• Supplemental application, where appropriate (signed & dated by the insured when bound)
• Five-year currently valued company loss runs with a description provided for losses over $25,000
