Kinsale’s Commercial Property Division offers creative and practical solutions for difficult-to-place Excess & Surplus lines properties. We consider a wide variety of occupancies throughout the United States and offer All Risk, DIC, and Single Peril policies with up to $10M in capacity.
In addition to primary coverages, we can provide lead or follow-form primary quota share options for accounts with schedules up to $250M TIV, as well as available excess coverages in or out of the PML, Buffer, and quota shared layers. Our excess appetite is for medium and larger risks with up to $1B in TIV, but we can consider larger TIVs on a case-by-case basis.
