• $1,000, with higher options available

Submission Requirements:

• Signed & dated Equestrian Kinsale supplemental application
• Completed Equine Animal supplemental table
• Five-year currently valued company loss runs
• Copies of the following:
  • Any certifications held by the client
  • Any USDA citations, sanctions, warning letters, or other federal or state Equine Authority notices
• Website information or brochure as appropriate to insured’s operations
