• Follow-Form Excess over Claims-Made or Occurrence forms
• Up to $5M in excess capacity available, available standalone or combined

Excess Railroad Liability Policy Structure:

• Follow-Form Excess over Claims-Made or Occurrence Forms
• Up to $5M in capacity available

Submission Requirements:

• Commercial Insurance application &/or Excess/Umbrella application (signed & dated by the insured
  when bound)
• Supplemental application, where appropriate (signed & dated by the insured when
  bound)
• Underlying policy declaration page, when applicable
• Five-year currently valued company loss runs with a description provided for large losses (over
  $200,000)
